[Mercurial] not trusting file /REPO/.hg/hgrc from untrusted user $USER, group $GROUP 에러 발생시

hg 명령어를 실행하는 사람과 .hg/hgrc 파일의 소유자가 다를 때 일어나는 문제.
$HOME/.hgrc 파일에 아래 내용을 넣어주면 해결됨.
